Pomorie Municipal Council approved projects for the modernization of the fishing boat docks in Pomorie and Aheloy, with the aim of facilitating the unloading and storage of the catch. The projects envisage repair and rehabilitation of the port infrastructure, delivery of equipment for safe unloading and storage of the catch, the introduction of digital technologies for monitoring and control, as well as the acquisition of service boats and forklifts. The financing will be provided through a short-term loan with "Fund FLAG" EAD and a grant under the Program for Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Aquaculture 2021–2027.
The Municipal Council also adopted a moratorium on the sale of agricultural land from the municipal land fund, in order to preserve the territorial resource and to guarantee future public and infrastructural needs. An order for private municipal property was also approved – the sale of ideal parts of a land property in quarter 46 in Pomorie, according to a market assessment.
Two municipal councilors were appointed to the composition of the Municipal Expert Commission on Sports for 2026, who will participate in the verification of the financial support and categorization of sports clubs in the municipality.
The Municipal Council also gave its consent for the development of detailed urban plans (DUP) for various properties and routes in the municipality, including for a 20kV cable route to supply a new transformer substation at the "Poroy" deposit.
In the social sphere, reports were adopted for the provision of one-off financial assistance for childbirth, adoption and raising of children, as well as for medical needs of individuals on the territory of the municipality.
