Nessebar Municipality has announced the draft of the Annual Social Services Plan for 2027. The document places an emphasis on improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable groups of the population.
“For us, social care is above all a responsibility to the people,” emphasized Mayor Nikolay Dimitrov.

- Expansion of assistant support: Increasing the capacity from 46 to 60 users to meet the needs of elderly people living alone.
- Care in a home environment: Support for daily life, including shopping, hygiene, and household activities.
- Specialized services: Rehabilitation and therapeutic assistance for children and persons with disabilities.
