New staff positions for sports facilities in Nesebar
At today's regular session, the Municipal Council in Nesebar decided to increase the staff in the "Sports Facilities" department by two positions. The measure is directly related to the need for more efficient management of the municipal sports infrastructure.
The main focus of the new decision is to improve maintenance and ensure the safe operation of the facilities.
Why is this change necessary?
- New field: The construction of an outdoor mini-football field on the territory of "Ravda Stadium" requires additional supervision.
- Increased workload: The stadium is hosting an increasing number of sports events, training sessions, and public gatherings.
- Limited resources: The previous staff was insufficient for the daily maintenance of the base, which created a risk of depreciation of the material assets.
The new positions that will be opened are "caretaker" and "maintenance worker". With these appointments, the municipality aims to guarantee the long-term use of the sports grounds and the comfort of all athletes and visitors.
