An educational meeting was held in the "Smehurni" group at the Kindergarten "Detski Svyat" in the village of Kosharitsa with Dr. Zhenya Kolicheva, who introduced the children to her profession - a dentist. In an accessible and interesting way, she presented to the children what types of teeth a person has, what their function is and why they are important for the health of the whole organism. The children learned more about the structure of the tooth, proper oral hygiene and the importance of regular check-ups. Within the framework of the meeting, attention was also paid to healthy eating - which foods support the health of the teeth and which can harm them. The young participants showed activity, asked questions and demonstrated enviable knowledge on the topic. At the end of the initiative, each child received a gift - toothpaste, as well as an individual prophylactic examination. The management and the team of the kindergarten express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Kolicheva for the time spent, the useful information and the care for the children's health. Such initiatives are an important part of the education of health habits in early childhood and contribute to the building of a responsible attitude towards personal health.
