New measures for parking optimization in Nesebar
A new public paid parking lot on municipal land is to be built in Nesebar, proposes the mayor of the municipality, Nikolay Dimitrov. The proposal is included in the agenda of today's session and is part of the municipal leadership's strategy to address the chronic shortage of parking spaces and curb illegal parking in the city.
The zone will provide additional spaces for residents and tourists, improve traffic organization, and reduce congestion on adjacent streets.

The parking lot is planned to operate via a self-service parking meter, with revenue from the activity going directly into the municipal budget. According to the administration, the funds will be reinvested in the maintenance and development of transport and parking infrastructure in the city.
