The ambitious program aims to attract the most distinguished researchers from the global scientific community, with a special focus on talents from the American scientific sector. Leading European universities such as Aix-Marseille and research institutes like Max Planck Institute will be key partners in this initiative. In parallel, countries like Spain are expanding their national ATRAE and Ramón y Cajal programs to strengthen their capacity to attract foreign scientists.
