The Regional Court in Burgas today made a decision on the measure of restraint for 25-year-old Fahri Mustafa. The hall, filled with seriousness, was the scene of an important legal development.
The case, which shook the public, concerns events from October 21, 2025, in the village of Lyulyakovo, Ruen municipality, Burgas region. The atmosphere in the courtroom was tense while the magistrates considered the weight of the evidence presented.

According to the indictment, Mustafa is accused of intentionally killing his mother, sister, and aunt. Furthermore, he is also accused of attempted murder of his minor brother, which remained unfinished due to circumstances beyond the perpetrator's control. The indictment emphasizes that the murders were committed in a particularly agonizing way for the victims, showing extreme cruelty and in conditions of domestic violence. A firearm was used as a means of committing these serious crimes, which poses a threat to the lives of many people.
