According to the indictment, Mustafa is accused of intentionally killing his mother, sister, and aunt. Furthermore, he is also accused of attempted murder of his minor brother, which remained unfinished due to circumstances beyond the perpetrator's control. The indictment emphasizes that the murders were committed in a particularly agonizing way for the victims, showing extreme cruelty and in conditions of domestic violence. A firearm was used as a means of committing these serious crimes, which poses a threat to the lives of many people.
