The Ministry of Healthcare is launching a large-scale initiative to expand access to electronic healthcare services through specialized mobile teams. From Monday until August 24 inclusive, they will be positioned at 42 strategic points across the country.

The geographical scope of the campaign includes diverse locations - a total of 33 cities and 9 villages, among which are popular seaside destinations like Shabla and Albena. Besides resort centers, mobile teams will also be present in settlements such as Mineralni Bani, Bankya, Seliminovo and Gavrailovo, as well as in large cities like Burgas, Nessebar and Pomorie.

Parallel to this activity, the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) is organizing informational discussions aimed at elderly people residing in social homes. During these meetings, experts will provide detailed explanations about the health insurance rights of participants.

A key focus of the information campaign are consultations regarding outpatient and dental care, access to assistive devices, and the specific obligations of personal physicians towards insured citizens. The goal is to maximize assistance for people in familiarizing themselves with the new electronic healthcare system.

A detailed map with the exact schedule of mobile teams has been published on the official website of the Ministry of Healthcare, which further facilitates citizens in planning their visit.
