The Council of Ministers resumed its work today, after last week's meeting was unexpectedly postponed. The reason for the postponement was the situation caused by the statement of the leader of GERB, Boyko Borisov, who requested that the responsibility for governance be shared by everyone in the cabinet.

The atmosphere in the corridors of the ministry is tense, although the meeting started as planned. Journalists from leading media gathered in front of the building, looking for signs of the upcoming changes. The mood among observers is filled with anticipation and uncertainty.

The agenda of today's meeting of the ministers includes the approval of one-time financial assistance. This assistance will be directed to the heirs of the people who lost their lives in the tragic incident at the Elenite resort complex at the beginning of the month. The decision is expected to be adopted without significant difficulties, but this will become clear only after the end of the meeting.

In addition, the cabinet will consider the issue of allocating additional funds to the budgets of the Communications Regulation Commission and the Financial Supervision Commission. These decisions are expected with particular interest, as they may affect the work of the respective institutions.

Last but not least, changes to the Special Intelligence Means Act are also included in the discussion program. These changes, if approved, could lead to significant changes in the way intelligence techniques are applied in the country. The topic is particularly sensitive and may provoke debates and discussions in the cabinet room.
