Bulgaria will host the first three stages of the Giro d'Italia. The best cyclists in the world will pass through Nessebar, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv, and Sofia.

The start will be given on May 8 in Nessebar. The new installation, located on the square in front of the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, shows just over 21 days until the start.

The clock is in pink, the color of the tour. On two of its sides, there is a timer and the route of the race. On the other two sides are written names of winners and countries from which the Giro has started.

The opening was attended by the Italian ambassador, representatives of Sofia Municipality, and organizers from RCS Sports.
