Nicosia Summit: Bulgarian Defense Minister Discusses EU Security
Bulgaria's Minister of Defense Dimitar Stoyanov has arrived in Nicosia, Cyprus, to participate in the informal meeting of defense ministers of European Union member states. The event is taking place in the context of the Cypriot presidency of the Council of the EU.
