Nesebar Municipal Administration has announced a detailed schedule for conducting large-scale hygiene activities aimed at limiting the population of harmful insects in the region. The planned interventions are the result of a pre-conducted public procurement and a carefully developed epidemiological control strategy.
On August 14, 2025, experts will carry out extensive hot aerosol insecticide treatments targeting flying insects. The scope of activities includes multiple populated areas within the municipal territory.
A day earlier - on August 12, 2025, targeted treatments against crawling parasites will be conducted. The treatment covers various zones - from green areas and parks to inter-block spaces, cemeteries, and livestock gathering places.
The geographical scope of the insecticide campaign is extremely large and includes resort complexes, cities, and villages such as Nesebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Sunny Beach, Kosharitsa, Tynkovo, Orizare, Gyulyovtsa, Obzor, Banya, Emona, Rakovsky, Priselci, Panitsovo, and Koznitsa.
According to official statements, the municipality carries out regular planned insecticide and rodent control treatments, and if necessary, organizes extraordinary measures to ensure the epidemiological safety of the population.
