The upcoming large-scale road surface rehabilitation will affect an important urban section in the capital, the municipal administration reported. The activities for comprehensive asphalt surface renewal will be carried out in a critical urban segment, extending from the intersection with Alexander Stamboliyski Street to San Stefano Boulevard.
The repair activities are precisely planned and will be implemented in a strictly defined time range. The work schedule provides for phased implementation of construction operations within two weeks - from July 9 to 23, 2025.
Every working day, activities will be carried out in the interval between 8:00 and 17:00, which requires introducing serious transport restrictions. Drivers must be extremely careful and plan alternative routes in advance.
Experts from the municipal improvement unit emphasize the need for strict adherence to the temporary traffic organization. They insist that road traffic participants show understanding and patience during the repair activities.
Drivers are advised to explore bypass routes and avoid closed sections. Alternative routes will be well marked with temporary road signage.
The goal of the large-scale intervention is to improve road infrastructure and provide a better transport environment for the city's residents. Despite temporary inconveniences, the repair is expected to enhance street surface quality and traffic safety.
