The leading Bulgarian football club "Ludogorets" officially confirmed another major international transfer by selling Polish national player Jakub Piotrowski to the Italian giant Udinese.

Negotiations between the two clubs concluded successfully, with Piotrowski already having completed the mandatory medical examinations and physical tests in the second largest city of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. In the coming days, his official presentation to the local public is expected.

This transfer is further proof of "Ludogorets" ability to discover and develop young talents with high market potential. Before Piotrowski, similar successful sales were made with players Rick Jonathan and Ruan Cruz to teams from Argentina.

The Polish footballer's statistics during his stay in Razgrad are extremely impressive - a total of 145 matches, 28 goals scored, and 21 assists. His achievements helped win three championship titles, two national cups, and three Bulgarian supercups.

His individual qualities attracted the attention of the national selector, which guaranteed his participation in the Euro 2024 championship. When saying goodbye to the team, Piotrowski shared emotional words of gratitude to the club and his colleagues.

Parallel to this transfer, "Ludogorets" also announced another addition - the acquisition of Israeli national Idan Nahmiass, which demonstrates the club's strategy of continuous squad renewal.

The club's management expressed official wishes for success to Jakub Piotrowski in his new football adventure with the Udinese team.
