Tomorrow, November 7th, a culinary demonstration promising to take guests back in time will be held in the city of Burgas. The event, scheduled for 11:00 AM, will take place in the Ethno-Kitchen of the Burgas Museum, located on "Slavyanska" St. № 69.
The program includes a demonstration of the preparation of a traditional dish – a stew with leeks. The audience will have the opportunity to follow the art of cooking, while the master chef, in the person of Dr. Milen Nikolov, the museum director, reveals the secrets of his culinary mastery. He will be assisted by the ethnographer Kristina Lazarova.
The culinary demonstration will be focused on a recipe with history. The stew that will be prepared follows an old recipe from the village of Ichera, but with a touch of innovation from the town of Kotel. The interesting thing is that this recipe dates back to the period between 1960 and 1970.
