Preparation:
Whisk eggs and milk together.
Add sugar and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
Stir in flour and baking powder. The batter should be medium-thick.
Heat a non-stick skillet without oil. Pour a small ladle of batter.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear.
Flip and cook until golden brown.
Stack the pancakes and serve with honey and optional nuts. Enjoy!
