Classic American Pancakes with Honey

Soft and fluffy pancakes — a perfect breakfast for the whole family. Best served with honey and nuts.

Ingredients (serves 4):
Eggs — 2
Milk — 200 ml
Flour — 10 tbsp
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar — to taste

Preparation:
Whisk eggs and milk together.
Add sugar and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
Stir in flour and baking powder. The batter should be medium-thick.

Heat a non-stick skillet without oil. Pour a small ladle of batter.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear.
Flip and cook until golden brown.

Stack the pancakes and serve with honey and optional nuts. Enjoy!
