The press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior (RDMI) announced that the power supply to the traffic police department in Burgas has been interrupted. The situation has caused serious difficulties in the work of the service, calling into question the provision of key services to citizens.

As of yesterday, the automated information system "Administrative-Penal Activity" (AIS-APA) is out of order. The reason for the temporary shutdown of the system, which is the backbone of administrative activity, is a technical problem that arose as a result of the power outage. This represents a serious blow to the ability of the Burgas Traffic Police to function effectively.

The tension on the spot was palpable. Dozens of citizens who had planned to visit the service were forced to postpone their intentions, reports our reporter from the scene of the event. People seemed visibly disappointed and confused by the unexpected situation.

The services provided to citizens, which require access to the AIS-APA, including through the Portal for electronic administrative services of the Ministry of Interior, are unavailable. This means that a large number of administrative procedures, including those that have been transferred in electronic form, are affected.

In this regard, until the power supply is restored, the "Road Police" sector - Burgas will not work with citizens. This decision, taken in the interest of efficiency and because of the inability to process documents, is a signal of the need to quickly resolve the problem.

RDMI Burgas calls on citizens planning to use the services of the Burgas Traffic Police to change their plans until the problem is resolved and the working process is restored. The department emphasizes the importance of patience and understanding in this extraordinary situation.

RDMI Burgas apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
