Free Hepatitis Testing in Burgas

On July 28, the international community marks World Hepatitis Day. On this occasion, the Municipality of Burgas, in cooperation with the Regional Health Inspectorate and the Bulgarian Red Cross Youth, is organizing a campaign for free and accessible testing.

Hepatitis B and C are often asymptomatic. The only way to get a timely diagnosis is through a blood test.

Where and when?

The mobile medical unit will be located at the iconic "Clock" spot in Burgas. Citizens can take advantage of the free testing on July 28 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Why is it important to get tested?

The initiative is part of the National Program for the Prevention and Control of Viral Hepatitis, which aims to reduce morbidity by 50% by 2030. Do not miss the opportunity to check your status and get informed about methods of prevention.
