At the first meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) for the day, it became clear that there were no significant problems in the election process, except for isolated cases for which measures have been taken by the regional election commissions.

5 reports of problems with the machines have been received. In Varna, a machine started with the wrong date, in Blagoevgrad there is a machine with the wrong time, and in Sofia one machine did not start. Technicians have been sent on site to fix the issues.

In Lovech, a machine with a broken cover on the flash memory compartment was found. Machine voting in this section has been stopped. Voting only on paper will also be held in Varna, where a machine did not print a receipt.

No significant complaints have been received. There are reports of a missing stamp on the machine ballot in the Nadezhda district and the absence of a screen in Gotse Delchev, where there is a dark room. An investigation will be carried out.
