An exciting integrated lesson dedicated to the topic of a healthy lifestyle was held for first graders at the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Primary School - Sveti Vlas. The lesson skillfully combined activities in physical education, Bulgarian language, and mathematics, transforming learning into a dynamic and memorable experience.

The students began the day with an educational crossword puzzle, which helped reinforce their knowledge of proper nutrition and the importance of exercise. Afterwards, in the game "Healthy Adventure with the Lady", the children solved addition and subtraction problems up to 20, learned to recognize healthy and unhealthy foods, found correctly spelled words, and classified foods according to their origin.

One of the most interesting challenges was "Guess the food by smell", which combined sensory perception, knowledge, and lots of positive emotions. This was an excellent opportunity for the children to develop their senses and learn more about different foods.

To make the lesson even more special, the children from the IV group of the "Moryache" Kindergarten - Nessebar, also joined it. This created an atmosphere of continuity and friendship between future and current students.

The end of the lesson was marked with a cheerful physical activity break, filled with mood and smiles. This was the perfect ending to a school day dedicated to an active and healthy lifestyle.

The integrated lesson once again proved that learning through movement and play is an effective approach to building lasting knowledge and healthy habits in children.
