Infrastructure modernization and the role of business
During the "BG TOURISM - SUMMER 2026" forum, organized by BTA, the Chairman of the Varna Municipal Council, Hristo Dimitrov, emphasized the need for close cooperation between local authorities and the tourism industry.
The tourism industry must be active because we have nothing to hide – we are not a wealthy country, and if we do not point out the problems, there is no way we can fix them, stated Dimitrov.
As an example of a successful dialogue, he pointed to Elena Koseva, Executive Director of "St. St. Constantine and Elena Holding" AD, whose constant engagement motivates the administration to work more effectively.
St. St. Constantine and Elena – 100 years of tradition
Dimitrov noted that the resort complex remains a symbol of Bulgarian tourism, contributing to the establishment of Varna as a true "seaside capital" not only in name but also in substance.
- Active cooperation between administration and business
- Infrastructure improvements for a better tourism product
- Over 100 years of history of the "St. St. Constantine and Elena" resort
