Military helicopter assists in containing the fire near Tlachene
A crew with a Cougar helicopter from the 24th Air Base in Krumovo has joined the critical battle against the forest fire in the lands of the village of Tlachene, Byala Slatina municipality. The operation is coordinated by the Ministry of Defense to assist ground teams.
The helicopter took off at 1:49 PM to provide aerial support for the efforts of the teams from the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Civil Protection".
