A fire broke out at the vegetable market in Burgas
Today around 2:00 PM, a serious fire broke out in the area of the vegetable market on "Odrin" Street in Burgas. The report was confirmed by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, and according to the authorities, there are no casualties in the incident.
The flames started from a truck carrying pallets, after which they spread to a second vehicle and part of the market's warehouse.
The incident caused heavy smoke in the area, as some of the burning materials were plastic pallets.
Extinguishing operation
Three fire crews with ten firefighters were sent to the scene, who managed to quickly locate and extinguish the fire. At the moment, the causes of the fire remain under investigation, with the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas stating that it is not yet possible to say with certainty how the incident occurred.
