Students and PhD students in regular education can vote at a polling station of their choice in the settlement where they study, when it is different from their permanent address. This is reminded by the Central Election Commission (CEC) on Facebook.
Voters must present to the section election commission: an identity document; a student book or a student card for the relevant semester, duly certified by the educational institution with its seat in the settlement for the respective academic year, or a document (certificate) certifying regular education, signed by the head of the educational institution; a declaration in a form that they have not voted and will not vote elsewhere. The declaration is provided by the section election commission.
For voting at their current address, voters can submit applications until April 4th.
