Stress is the main culprit for aggressive behavior in people – this is claimed by Konstantin Dragov, a leading Bulgarian follower of the spiritual teacher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. In an exclusive interview with Bulgarian National Radio, the expert reveals deep insights into human psychology and methods for its improvement.
According to Dragov, there are no bad people, only individuals caught in the grip of destructive emotional states. His mission is to spread knowledge on how to quickly generate positive energy and build resilience against psychological tension.
The internationally recognized lecturer shares that he actively works with incarcerated people, applying special transformation techniques. The results are impressive – over 1000 people who have gone through his courses significantly change their attitude towards the past and their own actions.
Dragov talks about his own development path – having graduated in civil engineering from the prestigious Berkeley University, he received an invitation for a doctoral degree. He worked in the USA for a decade before returning to Bulgaria with the mission to spread Ravi Shankar's knowledge.
"In Bulgaria, people are extremely open to such practices," he states firmly. The methodologies he teaches are aimed at sharpening intuition, building confidence, and achieving a clear perception of surrounding reality.
A special focus of his work is programs for children. Through special techniques, young people develop intuitive abilities, which helps them be more self-confident and achieve better results in education.
In the coming weeks, Ravi Shankar will visit Bulgaria, conducting a series of seminars in various cities. The event "Bliss Amidst Chaos" will take place on August 2 at the Ancient Theater in Plovdiv, on August 3 in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, and on August 4 in Varna.
Dragov believes that every person can achieve inner harmony and emotional balance, provided they have the desire and readiness to invest in personal development.
