The National Construction Control Directorate (DNCS) has issued an order to remove an illegal construction located in the resort village "Elenite". The object, defined as "Correction of the route (bed) of the Kozluka River and earth embankments", will be subject to a removal procedure, the DNCS announced.
The Regional Directorate for National Construction Control (RDNCS) in Burgas is starting the procedure for notifying the order to all interested parties. This represents an important step in the process of implementing the legal provisions regarding illegal construction.
We remind you that in the second half of October, the DNCS informed the public about a report for the removal of the illegal construction in question. The notice of the report was posted directly at the construction site, which allows everyone to be informed of the upcoming actions.
The report justifying the removal was issued on the basis of Art. 225 of the Spatial Planning Act. The reason for this decision is the established illegal construction, which does not meet the requirements of the law.
We remind you that at the beginning of October, more precisely on the 3rd, torrential rains caused significant damage to the resort village. Eyewitnesses tell of the disaster that left destruction behind. Tragically, the water element then took the lives of four people - three men and one woman. After the disaster, the institutions began a thorough inspection for possible irregularities in the construction in the affected area, seeking responsibility and establishing the causes of the tragedy.
