Burgas council has given a plot of land in the Zornitsa neighbourhood to the "St Anastasia" children's hospital, free of charge for 10 years. It first changed the land's use from sport to health. Councillors passed both decisions at a meeting on 27 October, on a proposal from mayor Dimitar Nikolov.
The plot is UPI III in block 4a. It covers 4,949 sq m and matches the property with ID 07079.601.200 on the city's cadastral map.
Councillors held two votes. The first backed a change to the detailed development plan for the plot, under Article 39(3) and Article 134(9) of the Spatial Planning Act. The boundaries stay the same. Only the land's designated use changes.
Building there will follow the rules of zone "T42", which borders zone "3/Zhg". Buildings can be up to 10 m high, and they can cover up to 80% of the plot. The floor-area ratio can be up to 3.0. At least 20% of the land must be landscaped. The change fits the current general development plan.
The second decision gives the free right of use to "St Anastasia", a multi-profile hospital for active treatment of children's diseases. It is a single-member limited company, with company ID 207035949. The hospital gets the whole plot and the building on it. The building covers 238 sq m and has ID 07079.601.200.1 on the Burgas cadastral map.
