Experts from the Central Election Commission (CEC) will generate a hash code, which will be printed on the control receipt of the machine and on each ballot for the early parliamentary elections on April 19, 2026. This was announced by the Ministry of Electronic Governance (MEU).

The generation will take place from 10:00 to 12:30 in a controlled environment in the MEU building. The procedure is public and will be broadcast on a screen in the "Parter" hall of the ministry.

Representatives of the CEC, as well as parliamentary groups, will attend the event.

Again in a controlled environment yesterday in the ministry building, experts from the CEC began the process of trusted building of the software, which will be installed on the voting machines.

On March 26, the CEC adopted a decision on rules regarding the order and conditions for the trusted building of code from source code.
