The football players of "Chernomorets" are traveling to Pernik with the clear goal of winning their first points in the Second League. The upcoming match is part of the third round of the championship and will be held tomorrow - August 9, at 6:00 PM.

The team will be significantly weakened due to the serious injury of defender Mariyan Dimitrov, who tore his cruciate ligaments during a friendly match. The player has already undergone surgery and is set to begin a long rehabilitation, which will start on Monday.

The Burgas team arrived in Sofia and will stay at the National Football Base "Boyana" before departing for Pernik. Head coach Angel Stoykov emphasizes the team's full motivation to achieve their first victory, regardless of previous results.

"We are going to Pernik with the sole thought of winning. We have analyzed the first two matches and are working on correcting inaccuracies in the game," Stoykov said on the club's website. He described "Miner" as a serious opponent, despite the team also not having good results so far.

In their previous performances, "Chernomorets" recorded a 1:2 loss against "Fratriya" (Varna) and a 1:1 draw with "Yantra 2019" (Gabrovo). The Pernik team has an identical record - 1 point from a draw and a defeat, which promises an extremely contested match.

The club management continues to create optimal conditions for the team, believing that the players will manage to achieve their first victory in the championship.
