- Karagöz: 15-16 BGN/kg
- Skate wings: 12-13 BGN/kg
- Carp (cleaned): around 10 BGN/kg
- Garfish: 13-14 BGN/kg
- Mejdi: 6 BGN/kg
- Sea Bream: up to 17 BGN/kg

Tips from merchants for fresh fish:
- Clear and protruding eyes
- Shiny and firmly attached scales
- Firm and elastic meat
- Characteristic, slightly sea aroma
- No slimy surface or change in the color of the gills (bright red/pink)
