An 83-year-old woman was injured when a van hit her in the village of Prosenik, Ruen municipality, just after 3pm on Friday, Burgas regional police (ODMVR) said.
A 61-year-old man was driving the Mercedes Vito. Police say he was turning left and struck the woman, who lives in the village, with the front left corner of the van.
She has a broken left leg and is being treated in hospital in Burgas. Her life is not in danger.
