A 19-year-old driver crashed into the concrete wall of a petrol station on the main Varna–Burgas road in Nesebar municipality. He has a bruised chest and is in hospital in Burgas.

The driver lost control of the car because he was going too fast. It hit the marble tiles that line the wall. He has no other injuries.

Two elderly women were also hit on foot in the region. In the village of Prosenik, in Ruen municipality, a 61-year-old truck driver knocked down an 83-year-old woman from the village as he turned left. She has a broken leg and is in hospital.

On the seafront promenade in Burgas, a minibus that was reversing hit an 80-year-old woman. Doctors examined her and sent her home to recover. Her life is not in danger.

Both women were hit because the drivers were not paying attention to the road.
