A potential political collapse threatens the current government if inter-party contradictions between GERB and "DPS-New Beginning" continue to escalate. Boyko Borissov categorically stated this during a visit to the Silistra village of Aydemir.

In an express statement, the political leader described the ruling coalition as a "fragile construction" that requires exceptional responsibility from all participating political formations. Borissov emphasized that a lack of mutual understanding could lead to early parliamentary elections.

"Neither will I become left-wing, nor will they become right-wing. Each party has its own political program," he was resolute. Additionally, Borissov underscored that in the event of a cabinet collapse, each political force would have to report to its voters.

Commenting on the possibility of balance between different state institutions, the GERB leader pointed out sharp criticism towards the president. According to him, there is a lack of constitutionally aligned leadership that would unite the nation.

"What balance can exist when the government works without key appointments - without ambassadors, without a chief secretary, without a DANS head?" Borissov rhetorically asked. He accused the head of state of using official ceremonies as a platform for political attacks against the legitimately elected government.

The political leader's statement clearly demonstrates the tension within the ruling coalition and the potential risks of its disintegration.
