Sofia Airport "Vasil Levski" became the epicenter of excitement when a modern Boeing 787 "Dreamliner" from Qatar Airways landed from the international route Doha-Sofia. The event attracted the attention of the local community of aviation enthusiasts, known as spotters, who eagerly awaited a close contact with the air giant.

Deyan Kolev, an established aviation photographer, shared his emotional experience with BTA: "The feeling is truly remarkable. The opportunity to see such a machine up close is a different experience from observing from a distance. Its true dimensions make you feel genuine excitement".

For professional spotters like Kolev, this hobby is more than just an ordinary activity. He emphasized that it combines strong emotional experiences: "The noise of the engines, the characteristic smell of kerosene and fresh rubber create a unique atmosphere that charges you with adrenaline".

Among the most desired aircraft in Kolev's collection is the legendary Airbus A380, which has already landed in Bulgaria twice. "I was lucky to photograph it in Hamburg. Our community dreams of seeing it more often on regular routes in Sofia", the enthusiast shared.

Qatar Airways officially announced that an upcoming flight with the same Boeing 787 "Dreamliner" will take place on August 16. The aircraft has an impressive configuration - 22 seats in business class and 232 seats in the economy section, making it extremely attractive for aviation lovers.
