The Youth International Center in Burgas is launching a unique educational project that will be held every Thursday during the summer months of July and August. The initiative is aimed at citizens who wish to improve their physical and psychological readiness for potential risk situations.
Free training sessions are planned from 6:00 PM in the spacious hall, located in the "Medan Rudnik" neighborhood on "Apostol Voyevoda" Street No. 15, in close proximity to the well-known Lakomata bus stop. The lead instructor will be Radostina Nikolova - a highly qualified specialist with a second-degree dan in Police Personal Protection and a long-time instructor at the Central Police Karate and Jiu-Jitsu Club.
The program covers a wide range of practical skills, including self-defense techniques, basic striking and blocking movements, methods for breaking free from physical grips, improving overall physical fitness and psychological resilience. The emphasis is on developing self-control and determination when dealing with challenging situations.
No prior preparation or special experience is required for participation. The only condition is that participants wear comfortable sports clothing that allows free movement during training.
