The Speaker of the National Assembly Natalia Kiselova participates in two significant international forums to be held in Geneva, Switzerland. The events bring together parliamentary leaders from around the world to discuss critical issues related to women's participation in political processes.

During the 15th Summit of Women Speakers of Parliaments, Kiselova participates in a session dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Resolution 1325. In her speech, she emphasized the exceptional importance of full inclusion of women in all public spheres as a key factor in achieving lasting and fair peace.

The expert analysis by the Bulgarian parliamentary leader reveals existing challenges to equality. According to Kiselova, the implementation of the resolution remains fragmented and inconsistent, which seriously hinders real progress in various regions and conflict zones.

As a key focus of her presentation, Natalia Kiselova highlighted the need for in-depth international cooperation. She emphasized that successful strategies are built on the principles of partnership, shared expertise, and mutual political support.

In addition to the first forum, Kiselova will also participate in the Sixth World Conference of Speakers of Parliaments. Her planned speech will focus on the topic of women's and young people's participation in parliamentary activities during social polarization.

The forums will bring together representatives on an impressive scale - delegations from 115 countries, six associate members, and 14 observers. This large-scale international event provides an exceptional opportunity for dialogue and exchange of best practices in parliamentary governance.
