The National Kickboxing Team will have a remarkable presence at the upcoming World Games in the Chinese city of Chengdu. Alexandra Georgieva, Borislav Radulov, and Dimitar Stoyanov successfully won quotas to participate in the most prestigious sports forum for non-Olympic disciplines.

The official delegation will depart on August 9, and will include key industry leaders in addition to the athletes. Among them are Galin Dimov - president of the Bulgarian Confederation of Kickboxing and Muay Thai, as well as coaches Ivan Georgiev and Christian Totev.

A special highlight of the Bulgarian representation will be the referee Kamen Slavov, who received a personal invitation for his first refereeing at such a large-scale international forum. The Games will be held from August 11 to 15, with expectations of a high level of sporting excellence.
