Text submissions for the Original Youth Play Competition continue until April 30, 2026. Organizers are the Youth International Center - Burgas, in partnership with the Theatre College "Luben Greus", which invite all talented young creators to participate.
The competition aims to encourage expression through theatrical dramaturgy and provide a real opportunity for the text "to come alive" on stage.
The winning play will be professionally staged at the Youth International Center - Burgas with actors from the Theatre College "Luben Greus", Dimitar Marinov's class.
Participation is individual and open to all youth up to 29 years old, without requiring prior theatrical or literary experience.
Original dramaturgical texts are accepted that have not been staged before and have not participated in or won other competitions. Genre and theme are free.
