80 fires in the country in 24 hours, one injured

During the last 24 hours, 80 fires have been extinguished in the country, the General Directorate of Fire Safety and Civil Protection announced. One person was injured in a fire in Sofia, and a trailer of a truck burned down on the Maritsa motorway. 26 rescue operations were also carried out.

During the past 24 hours, 80 fires were registered in the country, the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" (GD PBN) announced. Firefighting teams responded to 110 incident signals.

One person was injured in a fire. In Sofia, in the Druzhba residential complex, a fire broke out in an apartment, in which a 67-year-old man was transported to the St. N.I. Pirogov" with gas poisoning.

In Haskovo, a signal was received for a fire on a heavy goods vehicle on the Maritsa motorway. A trailer of a truck, full of plastic chairs, was on fire. There were no injured citizens. The trailer and the tractor were destroyed.

18 of the fires had material damage, six of which were in residential buildings. 62 fires were without material damage.

26 rescue activities and support operations were carried out, four of them in accidents.
