55 fires and 134 emergency calls in 24 hours: Two injured in Bulgaria

Over the last 24 hours, Fire Safety teams have responded to 134 calls. 55 fires were extinguished, there are two reported injuries, and dozens of rescue operations were carried out.

Fire Department Operational Status as of 6:00 a.m.

The General Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection reported an intense 24-hour period, during which firefighters responded to 134 incident reports across the country.

A total of 55 fires were extinguished, and unfortunately, two citizens were injured.

Statistics of fires with material damage:

29 fires without direct material damage were also registered, including incidents involving dry grass, waste, and chimneys.
