Activity of fire services in the country
Over the past 24 hours, the teams of the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection (GDFSCP) reported intensive work, responding to a total of 142 incident reports across the country.
Fire statistics
A total of 76 fires were completely extinguished by the firefighters. The data shows the following distribution of material damage:
- 18 fires with direct damage: affected 7 residential buildings, 1 industrial building, 2 auxiliary structures, 3 vehicles, etc.
- 58 fires without direct damage: mainly ignited dry grass, bushes, stubble, and waste.
Unfortunately, one person was injured in the incidents, and the teams also responded to 5 reports that turned out to be false (false alarms).
Rescue activities
In addition to extinguishing fires, firefighters performed 61 rescue activities and auxiliary operations. These include responding to accidents, providing assistance to citizens, drainage, removing dangerous objects, and assisting other state structures.
