38 Fires Extinguished in Bulgaria in the Last 24 Hours: One Injured and 71 Calls Received

In the last 24 hours, 38 fires were extinguished in the country, with operational units responding to 71 calls. One person was injured in a fire in Mizia. 15 fires with material damage and 23 without damage were reported. 29 rescue operations and four false alarms were carried out.

In the last 24 hours, 38 fires have been extinguished in the country, with operational units responding to 71 incident reports. This was announced by the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Population Protection".

During a fire in an apartment in Mizia, as a result of a short circuit, one person was injured, who jumped from a first-floor terrace when the fire broke out and injured his leg. The injured person was examined but refused hospitalization.

Direct material damages occurred in 15 fires, of which seven were in residential buildings, one in an auxiliary building, six in vehicles, and one in an open-air facility.

23 fires occurred without material damage, of which one was in dry grass, forest litter and bushes; 11 in waste; eight in cooking appliances and chimneys and three others.

29 rescue operations and support operations were carried out, including four during traffic accidents and 25 for providing technical assistance.

There were four false calls.
