223 people have been detained for election crimes so far, said the caretaker Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov at the beginning of the regular government meeting.

He emphasized that the caretaker government will not go down to the party field, but will fight against vote brokers and against those who want to hijack democracy.

The government is legitimate because the citizens' struggle to exercise their right to vote freely is legitimate, said Gyurov. According to him, everyone who votes is an ally of the government in the fight against vote buying. Everyone who inspires others not to be indifferent is also our ally, Gyurov said.
