State Aid for Bulgarian Farmers

Minister of Agriculture and Food Plamen Abrovski announced that the government is providing 170 million EUR through the State Fund "Agriculture". The goal of the measure is to support nearly 50,000 farmers in the country.

This aid is critically important for maintaining the competitiveness of Bulgarian production in the face of rising costs.

What will the funds be used for?

We remind you that in May, the fund already paid out over 21 million EUR to nearly 15,000 farmers as part of the measures to deal with the fuel crisis caused by the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
