Activity of fire departments in the country
Over the past 24 hours, the teams of the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Civil Protection" responded to a total of 180 incident reports. As of 6:00 a.m. this morning, it has been confirmed that 142 fires have been extinguished, and fortunately, there are no casualties.
Statistics show 27 fires with direct material damage and 115 incidents without such.
Distribution of incidents:
- Residential and industrial buildings: 10 fires in residential and 2 in industrial premises.
- Vehicles: 5 fires.
- Fires in nature and waste: 74 cases involving dry grass, forest litter, and bushes, 3 in stubble fields, and 32 in waste.
In addition to firefighting, the units carried out 29 rescue activities and auxiliary operations, including responses to traffic accidents and providing assistance to citizens. There were also 9 registered cases of false alarms.
