A total of 126 fires were extinguished across the country in the last 24 hours, leaving four people injured. This information was reported by the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection (GDFSCP) at the Ministry of Interior as of 6:00 a.m. this morning.
Firefighting teams responded to 170 incident reports. There were 25 fires that resulted in direct material damage, including nine in residential buildings, six in vehicles, two in auxiliary, temporary or makeshift structures, and two in forest areas.
A total of 101 fires were registered without any material damage. Of these, 72 were in dry grass, forest litter, and brush, 22 in waste, and two in stubble fields.
Twenty-nine rescue activities and assistance operations were carried out, three of which were related to traffic accidents. There were also 15 false alarms reported.
