The Basin Directorate "Black Sea Region" announces a procedure for issuing a permit for groundwater abstraction through an existing water abstraction facility of TRACE BG EOOD in the village of Cherni Varkh, Kameno Municipality, Burgas Region. The procedure is based on the Water Act.

On May 16, 2025, the Director of the Basin Directorate "Black Sea Region" announces a procedure for issuing a permit for groundwater abstraction. The procedure is initiated by TRACE BG EOOD and refers to an existing water abstraction facility - a tubular well C-1, built on plot № 80916.70.54 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of the village of Cherni Vrah, Kameno Municipality, Burgas Region.

The announcement is published on the basis of Article 62a, paragraph 1 of the Water Act. The purpose is to give the interested parties the opportunity to get acquainted with the initiative and to express opinions or objections, if they have any.
