The police welcomed the summer with safe entertainment for the capital's students.

The Sofia Police were the host of the final event of the national initiative aimed at training students for safe behavior. During the campaign, children from Sofia schools had the opportunity to learn about their rights and responsibilities, as well as the basic principles of safety. Within the framework of the final event, a competition with questions about traffic safety was held, and fifth-graders also discussed the problem of aggression in the metro.

The Deputy Director of the Sofia Directorate of Internal Affairs (SDIA) Senior Commissioner Lachezar Kolev called on young people to follow the safety rules and not to forget what they learned during the campaign. Before the end of the event, the students got acquainted with the profession of the police officer through a demonstration by officers from the Special Police Forces Department. Artists from the National School of Attraction Arts took care of the good mood of the children.

The national prevention program is carried out with the support of the Sofia Municipality and the Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion. The Deputy Director of the SDIA, Senior Commissioner Miroslav Danailov, and the Head of the Regional Education Directorate - Sofia, Vanya Kastreva, attended the final event.
