The municipality of Kameno approves changes to the spatial development plans for the settlements.

The Municipality of Kameno announces three decisions of the Municipal Council related to the approval of assignments and the authorization to develop projects for the amendment of detailed development plans. This includes changes in the regulation of properties in the village of Cherni vruh, the creation of a development plan for a property in the "Rapanya" area for storage and production activities, as well as a change in the purpose of an agricultural property in the village of Konstantinovo for holiday home construction.

On April 24, 2025, the Municipal Council of Kameno Municipality made three decisions related to amendments to spatial plans in the municipality's territory. The first decision approves a task assignment and a sketch with a proposal for a project to amend the detailed spatial plan - plan for regulation (PUP-PR) of a property in the village of Cherni vrah, as well as an amendment to the PUP-PUR of part of the street regulation in the same village. The Municipal Council gives consent to the mayor to take actions to authorize the development of these projects.

The second decision approves a presented task assignment and allows the development of a detailed spatial plan - plan for construction (PUP-PZ) of a property in the locality "Rapanya" in the town of Kameno, with designation "for storage and production activities". Construction parameters are set for the "Pp" - predominantly production zone: maximum density of construction 80%, construction intensity 1.2, maximum height 10 meters (up to three floors) and minimum landscaping 20%.

The third decision approves a presented task assignment and allows the applicant to develop a PUP-PZ project for a property in the locality "Chervena shuma" in the village of Konstantinovo, in order to change the purpose of the agricultural property for non-agricultural needs - "for villa construction".

The announcements were published by the Directorate of UTESTK at the Municipality of Kameno on the basis of Art.124b, paragraph 2 of the Spatial Planning Act.
