The Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas has a new head.

By order of the Minister of Interior Emil Dechev, Senior Commissioner Nikolay Nenkov has been temporarily appointed as the director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior - Burgas, who was presented to the management staff of the regional directorate by Deputy Minister Kaloyan Kaloyanov.

Nikolay Nenkov was born on 01.11.1979 in the city of Targovishte. He graduated from the National Military University "Vasil Levski" in Veliko Tarnovo, and subsequently completed a second master's degree in psychology at the Shumen University "Bishop Konstantin Preslavski". He joined the civil service in the Ministry of Interior in February 2004, working successively in the "Criminal Police" sector of the Regional Police Department - Targovishte, as the head of the Regional Police Department - Targovishte and as the director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior - Targovishte. Subsequently, he was appointed head of the "Property Crimes" sector at the General Directorate of National Police. He has been repeatedly awarded for high professional achievements.
